Three Great Teacher Blogs

The first great teacher blog is Kreative in Kinder. This blog is amazing! Crystal is a kindergarten teacher. I chose this blog because she is a very creative teacher. She posts art work the children, helpful games and learning activities involving math. I also liked that she posted fact to parents. For example, one of her post was about the importance of sleep for young children. She talked about how sleeping late can effect the child's learning in school. Also says that parents should limit the time of children watching TV, or playing video games before bedtime.

The second great teacher blog is Fairy Dust Teaching. I really like this blog because it is Reggio-inspired preschool. I like how they Incorporate nature and recycled materials. One post I really enjoyed is the Teaching Children How to “Make Their World”. In the post it talked about how children that create and think for themselves are usually one step ahead of those who are usually finish what someone has already started doing for them.

The third great teacher blog is The Kindergarten Cafeteria. I chose this blog because I really enjoyed it. In the blog it has post that uses food with activities. Using food in activities and art can really help the children be engaged and excited about it. In the blog there is a lot of science experiments. Science is very important for young learners, it allows them to question thing and how they work. It also helps them with their patience. It can also help spark ideas in children's minds.

Welcome to my blog

My name is Tassnime Chouika, I am an infant teacher at a child-care center. I really enjoy working with young children and watching them grow intellectually. I am currently in the Early Childhood Program at Columbus State Community College. I hope to graduate with my associates by spring of 2017. My interests and hobbies are traveling and baking. I love to travel! I have been to many different countries around the world. I hope to teach overseas at Dubai. I would like to teacher english at a preschool in Dubai.

My goals as an educator is to teach children to have a love for learning. I want to make learning fun so I can keep the children engaged in their studies. Another goal is to teach children not to be afraid of learning new things but to expand their minds. As a teacher I would like to accomplish a safe classroom where children can learn, explore, create, and grow.
